Dear customers, partners, and colleagues,<\/p>\n\n
As the year comes to an end, we would like to share a review of 2024, reflect on our achievements, and look forward to our goals for 2025. It has been a year full of challenges, which have driven us to grow and strengthen our position as a leading partner in advanced technical ceramics. <\/p>\n\n
Achievements in 2024<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n
Thanks to the support of our customers, the trust of our partners\/suppliers, and the professionalism of our employees, we have improved operational and production efficiency,<\/strong> supported by the implementation of new technologies and process optimization. We have strengthened our team<\/strong> with key new hires, enhancing technical and managerial expertise within the company. <\/p>\n\n
Sustainability and Innovation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n
A significant step toward environmental sustainability was achieved with the installation of solar panels at our Bergamo facility\u2014Redco Ceramics.<\/strong> This allows us to reduce our environmental impact and actively contribute to the transition toward cleaner energy.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n
Events and Collaborations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n
In October, we participated in the MIAC fair in Lucca<\/strong>, a key event for the industrial sector. There, we had the opportunity to meet partners and suppliers, explore new technologies, and strengthen our network, always aiming to improve our offerings <\/p>\n\n
Our 2025<\/h4>\n\n
The new year brings new challenges and even more ambitious projects, including: <\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Continuing to invest in innovation and research <\/strong>to develop cutting-edge solutions.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Intensifying our commitment to environmental sustainability<\/strong> by further optimizing production processes.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Further strengthening our network of international collaborations<\/strong> to provide reliable and innovative solutions for our customers.<\/p>\n\n
Company Closure<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n
Finally, we would like to inform you that our offices will be closed for the holiday season from December 23, 2024, to January 6, 2025, inclusive<\/strong>. We will resume activities on January 7, 2025.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n
